New manager strives to harness potential

New Kommercial Hospitality Manager Lisa Couper sees great potential ahead and is already implementing changes aimed at realising her ideas. Lisa comes to Kommercial with extensive experience in the hospitality sector after working at Geelong Grammar and more recently for Spotless at Deakin University where she managed the university’s food court, bistro and resident meals at the Waurn Ponds campus.
Lisa said she could see potential in growing Kommercial’s Corporate Catering arm and as such, the catering website has been revamped. “Working at Kommercial has already been a really rewarding experience for me,” Lisa said. “I love a challenge and I can see a lot of opportunity for growth.” Lisa said all the industrial kitchens at Shell, Alcoa and CSIRO were going well and that changes to the menu had been well received by customers. “I encourage all Karingal staff to go on the new Kommercial Hospitality website and see everything we have done.”
