An exciting opportunity exists for an organised, energetic and customer orientated person to join the BacLinks Team and provide high quality administrative support, including database, quality and communications management.
BacLinks (Business and Community Links) is an innovative programme that aims to ultimately build strength in the local community by managing mutually beneficial relationships between the business and community sectors.
The main objective of the Communications and Programme Administration role is to provide reception and administration support to the BacLinks team in an effective, efficient and customer service oriented manner through:
- Database and quality management;
- Coordination of BacLinks internal/external communications;
- Stakeholder relationship management;
- Project/event coordination;
- Reports, proposals and media release writing
- Management of BacLinks administration requirements from data entry and word processing to invoicing and minutes writing.
Strong customer service skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications and Desktop Publishing are essential, experience in database, communication or project management roles would be a significant advantage.
The position will preferably be filled by a full time admin, database professional. Please see below for position description detailing full key selection criteria.
